Otter is friendly, outgoing, and curious, with just enough of a reserved side to keep things interesting. He may take a little time to completely warm up to someone knew, but once he knows you and feels comfortable, his sweet personality, really shines. He enjoys being handled, checking out his surroundings, and seeing what his humans are up to.
